Charities

Wilmington Downtown, Inc. (WDI) is again proud to partner with Wilmington area non-profits through our 2013 Downtown Sundown Concert Series wristband program. WDI will sell wristbands for $1.00 per person at each concert, and will split the proceeds with local non-profit organizations each week up to $1,000.  The program raised nearly $9,000 for various organizations in 2012 and over 50 applications were submitted for 2013.

July 26^th – Mercy Homeless Shelter, Inc.
August 2^nd – Open House Emergency Youth Shelter & Residential Services  
August 9^th – New Hanover High School Band Boosters
August 16^th – New Hanover Track and Cross Country Boosters
August 23^rd – Jo Ann Carter Harrelson Center
August 30^th – Cape Fear Literacy Council
