9th Annual Arts Sensation

Once again, Arts Sensation is churning up local talent for a unique evening of music and dance to support a very important Wilmington-based organization. The 9th Annual Arts Sensation benefits The Full Belly Project to help support its mission to design and distribute income-generating agricultural devices to help fight hunger and poverty around the world. Find out more about the Full Belly Project at www.thefullbellyproject.org. This year’s musicians are the Tallis Chamber Orchestra and Rick Tobey and dem Chickenhead Blues. Dance performances highlighting local choreographers and performers include Linda Larson, Vatra Gitana Belly Dance Troupe, Tracey Varga and Forward Motion Dance Company, the Company “T” Tappers, and Hip Hop by Glory Academy of Fine Arts. Satisfy your senses with this fun and imaginative evening full of entertaining music and an exciting variety of performances by area artists. The performance is Thursday, August 19 at 8:00 pm Thalian Hall Main Stage, 310 Chestnut Street, Wilmington, N.C.
