Downtown Lifestyle Tour

Objective: To showcase Wilmington's urban residential lifestyle - in condos or living "above the shop" -- as well as the vibrancy of all the activities downtown has to offer. Giving the public the opportunity to discover thriving residences, not units for sale, is an oustanding way to increase interest in LIVING downtown.

Why: The Downtown Lifestyle Tour is being organized to promote living downtown. WDI believes that the more people who live downtown fulltime, the better and stronger downtown will be in the end. Many have made that choice, and we want to show how great it is. At WDI, we also hope that the tour will create more interest in living downtown with those interested in living in a vibrant hub of activity and resources.

One of the units confirmed is the 13,000 square foot loft that belonged to the deceased actor, Dennis Hopper. Be sure to sign up for the WDI Newsletter for updates regarding the tour. This tour will likely sell out at only $10 per ticket.

All pre-sale tickets may be picked up beginning at 9:30am on the day of the event at Finkelstein's. Please bring a form of identification that matches the name of the person who purchased the tickets.
