Historic Preservation Initiative for the CBD

Property owners in the CBD and the public are invited to attend an information session on October 13th, regarding a new initiative to provide incentives that encourage historic preservation. This initiative led by a collaboration of Wilmington Downtown, Inc and the Historic Wilmington Foundation will be presented to City Council on October 20th during the public information session. Property owners within the CBD and members of the general public are encouraged to attend to learn more.
