Europe leaving chaos and devastation behind him. Booking passage on a
ship bound for the New World, the ambitious scientist hopes to begin
anew, but nature may have other plans. A hurricane leaves him
shipwrecked and abandoned on the outer banks of North Carolina.
Rescued by the kind denizens of the area, Victor has no idea that his
past has followed across the ocean.
