Techmoja Dance and Theater Co. will be holding auditions for "The Color Purple" on Saturday July 14 at the Hannah Block Historic USO Building. The production is under the direction and choreography of Kevin Lee-y Green. The audition process is from 12pm-4pm. Please arrive at 11:30pm (with a headshot, if possible) to sign-up. Be prepared to sing 16-24 bars (30 secs-1 minute) of music appropiate for the style of the show. A piano player will be provided, but those auditioning will be allowed to sing acapella (without a piano player). Also bring comforatable clothes if interested in the dance audition part as well.
