Thursday, January 21, 2010 • Midnight - 2:00AM
LOCATION: Browncoat Pub & Theatre - 111 Grace St
The Brown Coat Pub & Theatre invites the public to come see the midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Trade in your scarf for a red boa, your snow boots for platform heels, lace up your corsets and start off the year with a new tradition – one based in Rocky Horror cultdom. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a fast-paced medley of camp, sci-fi and rock ‘n’ roll, among other things. Prepare for interactive melodrama both on and off the screen as the live shadow cast performs racy scenes and steamy innuendos live on stage. Feel free to sing along, yell at the screen, do your best Janet impersonation, and do the time warp again and again. Doors open at 10:0 p.m., and the film begins promptly at Midnight. No Cover charge! Enjoy our drink specials in honor of this event. Props are limited to rice, newspapers, flashlights, rubber gloves, noisemakers, confetti, water guns, toilet paper, party hat, bell, and playing cards. Please, no hot dogs, toast, or lighters. A limited number of props will be available for purchase at the event. Don’t forget to come back for more at The Brown Coat as we continue to bring you live Rocky Horror action every third Thursday of the month!
