2011 Downtown Economic Series
The Downtown Economic Series was held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the new Wilmington Convention Center. The event featured keynote speaker Kurt Weigle, President & CEO of the Downtown Development District in New Orleans. A performance by the CFCC Jazz Combo, entrees like jambalya and desserts such as king cake completed the mardi gras-themed event. More than 450 of the area's business and community leaders filled the room, and WDI raised over $30,000. Please see the links below for additional information.
