An "Offspace" and Gallery 621N4TH is an artist run gallery, studio and office space located in the heart of Downtown Wilmington's Brooklyn neighborhood. The gallery location provides established and emerging artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work in a professional manner. The building, constructed in 1952, is beside what remains of the main railroad bed leading into downtown. Officially on "the other side of the tracks," it originally housed a furniture store. Over the years it has been used for retail, storage, a graphic arts service bureau, design and photography studio, and web development services.
