Big Dawg Theater Grand Opening

The long awaited Cape Fear Playhouse at Newcastle at 613 Castle Street in the New Castle Street Art and Antique District, Big Dawg Production’s new home opens tonight with a performance of “A Thousand Clowns. Finally, they have their own home.

A Thousand Clowns will be presented on July 23, 34, 25, and 26, as well as July 30-August 2.

The theatre has been under construction for about 6 months thanks to a loan from Wilmington Downtown and it’s finally almost ready. There is still a lot of work to be done and a lot of support needed, so come out and support them.
