Riverfront Park Sustainability and Redevelopment Design

The City of Wilmington, NC is seeking professional Landscape Architecture services for the development of a master plan and design documents for the redesign, revitalization, sustainability, and expansion of Riverfront Park. Work on this project will include project planning, public involvement, programming, master planning, and to the extent practicable, development of construction documents.

The selected firm will be expected to work in conjunction with the project oversight committee as well as local, state, and federal agencies and/or representatives to develop the design of the park.
