Park first hour free in this deck, located near the intersection of Market and 2nd Streets.  This deck offers hourly, daily and monthly parking.  Rates are $1 per hour with a maximum of $8 per day. Decks charge 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

Nighttime parking is paid upon entry Thursday through Saturday after 9pm. The fee is $5. 

Monthly parking is $55 for a general space and $70 for a reserved spot.  A discount of $30 a month is available for rooftop parking.

A special event rate of $7 applies for the Azalea Festival, River Festival, July 4th and New Year's Eve.  

This also serves as the location for permit purchases, parking tokens and paying parking citations.
