Greetings Downtown Businesses, Residents and Supporters!
Now the Cape Fear River has crested and the flood waters are receding, it’s exciting to see how hard Downtown Wilmington businesses are working to regain a sense of normalcy. Downtown streets are clear, Water Street is dry and many businesses have opened their doors to welcome you back Downtown. We would love for you to come on down and share some love! Browse local shops, businesses, and restaurants during the day. Sample the nightlife during the cooler fall evenings and build strength in the community by supporting Downtown businesses. Thank you!
For your information, the City and County parking decks have resumed normal operations. Parking in the decks for the first hour is FREE and costs $1.00 per hour thereafter. The City of Wilmington also provides 800 metered, on-street parking spaces downtown costing $1.25 per hour. Click here for downtown parking options.
