Hop onboard a cruise with Cape Fear Riverboats for narrated history and sightseeing tours, private charters, and exclusive nature tours. Enjoy a beverage and light snacks while you watch a serene sunset from the deck of the newest Henrietta. Buy tickets at the booth at the foot of Dock Street or reserve online.

Horse & Carriage Tour

No reservations are needed for a narrated horse and carriage ride. Ride at a leisurely pace and listen to a brief history of Downtown Wilmington’s stately mansions and historic riverfront. Tours run every half hour from the foot of Market Street. Private and group tours are also available.

Trolley Bus Tour

Look out for the new Sea Coast Trolley Tours coming mid-August to the heart of Downtown Wilmington. New white trolley buses will provide tours that include history, sightseeing, historic churches, bed & breakfast options, ghosts, Filmington movies and relaxing sunsets.

Park FREE for 90 minutes in the City or County parking decks located on North 2ndStreet (only $1 per hour thereafter up to $8 daytime maximum), or park on-street for $1.50 per hour in metered spots. Then enjoy a self-guided tour on the FREE Downtown Trolley to visit the Castle Street Arts and Antiques District or the Brooklyn Arts District. Hop on or off at your leisure.
